Everything! The couple who own the Hotel made me feel very welcome. The Hotel is lovely, my room was immaculate and breakfast was great. Its in a fantastic location for the Torbay area and walking distance from Torre station. I have stayed in several hotels and would easily say this is nicest place I have stayed for the price. - Friendly welcoming

My husband and I absolutely love the way Julie and John greet their guests. It's like visiting an old friend's house: going into the living room, have a cuppa and a lovely chat, rather than the usual "business like" check in. It's the most friendly English B&B I've ever stayed. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had recently been refurbished - it was lovely. The hotel generally was clean and tidy and the breakfasts were homecooked

The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more.
