  The location is great right on the sea front in the centre of skegness.Our room was a double sea view with a balcony which was just great.Very clean and comfortable nice and quite to say it was on the sea front.Breakfast was loverly plenty of choice and the english breakfast was one of the best.Overall we cant wait to return and recommend this hot... vad folk säger » el to anyone young,old and familys it was for everyone. - We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The room was very comfortable-and with space to walk round the bed! The breakfast was absolutely superb-well done Alison. Mine host is very welcoming, very polite & most hospitable-nice to meet you Roger. Car parking is excellent and I would recommend Southwold to anyone looking for decent, pricewise B&B in Skegness. - Owners very friendly and obliging. Was hugely impressed with the excellent directions I was given after, typically, getting lost on the sea front. Very comfortable bed and I liked the entry pad on the front door, although it might be a good idea to replace the panel as the numbers are starting to fade!

  Every thing about the Belle View and the couple who run it could not be have better. It really was a home from home, the food was first class, and plenty of it as well, and I will certainly re-visit the hotel again in the years to come. Certainly we were not disappointed as from arrival to departure our stay was wonderful in this very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The position of the hotel was excellent as it was within easy walking distance of beach, town shops, cafes & restaurants etc., so no need to take the car if you didn't want to.

  Everything was absolutly fantastic. On arrival we were offered tea or coffee which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've ever had in a B&B. Not only was the choice massive, but the meal itse - The staff could not do enough for us and made us most welcome and comfortable. My partner is an invalid but there was no problems as there was a stair lift to our bedroom.The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel.   Pat & Adrian are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their customers. We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check... vad folk säger » . Within a short time the ground floor room was ready for us to move into. I would highly recommend the Mickleton to anyone. - The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent and plenty of it. You could choose absolutely any combination for breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B

  The Stoneleigh hotel was lovely. Jan & rodger are really friendly & make you feel so welcome. The hotel is nice & peaceful just the environment we wanted for our romantic weekend away without our kids. The hotel us spotlessly clean has lovely room with a lovely bathroom or shower room.   As soon as we arrived at the B&B we were greeted by rob who was really friendly and welcoming ... We were shown to our room Ron insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs for us . We were told breakfast times etc and we paid the balance ... The breakfast every morning was delicious and plenty of! Me and my friend (not boyfriend but the closest tick box was young couple as we were not a large group)shared a twin room which was decorated well considering price and location. The breakfast was spot on and good quality. Really pleasant place to be. I would highly recommend this place as the people who run it really do know the meaning of good service/ hospitality!

  Lovely staff who were happy to help out with directions, recommendations for restaurants and so on! My partner even got given a card on his birthday which was touching! As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. The en-suite room could have been taken out of the small, family hotel and placed in a much larger hotel and you would not know.   It was very near all the amenities including a very excellent indian restaurant. Singlcote is a small lodging house which I like you can also take your dogs which is a must for me.   First of all is we contacted the hotel on the to let them know we was going to be late and got a quick response saying that will be fine, When we arrived Sandie was friendly, shown us around and let us know what time breakfast was and when we had to check out by. Very quiet at night and you could not hear other people in the other rooms. The bed was comfy and we slept wel - The staff where friendly and accomodated our need for an earlier breakfast, and the location was brilliant with the added bonus of private parking which meant we did not have to pay to park in town because it was a short 5 minute walk.
