  I was working in the area over night and i am looking to stay again in 6 weeks time and have also recomended it to work. - everything especia\lly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - The help i recieved from the management nothing was to much trouble.

  The hotel was just a 5 mins walk from the seafront and also from the town centre, Annie was very friendly and helpful, nice quite street with parking and the room was better than we thought, The breakfast was great with loads off choice from the help yourself breakfast table as well as the cooked English breakfast, The Homestar is worth booking fo... vad folk säger » r that weekend get away, and we be going back at the end of October for sure. - Owners very friendly couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast nice just enough to put you on until dinner. Location for us was good very quiet street. Parking to the rear of property although having a big car meant we only just fit through. Wifi in rooms good idea if it worked very low signal meant only basic usage. No good with teenager who wanted to play on iPad in evening before bed.

  Just had a one night stay,and was very happy with the choice of hotel. A good location a few minutes walk from the town centre and front but out of the way to be quiet,free street parking.The owners were really nice and friendly,the hotel was in good condition and spotless,our room nice, although on the small side(thus only 4 out of 5),good plenti... vad folk säger » ful breakfast. If i return to Skegness,i would definately stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. - Warm,friendly welcome from the owners, with an invitation to sit and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea, and discuss our requirements for breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, and despite the atrocious weather outside, we enjoyed our stay at Skegness.

  Location was excellent - close enough to the beach, amusements and pubs without hearing the noise; also right next to the shopping centre. Well kept garden with picnic tables & BBQ. Car parking at the rear of the property or on the street. Security was good. - Lovely warm rooms as the heating was on 24/7.   The location is great right on the sea front in the centre of skegness.Our room was a double sea view with a balcony which was just great.Very clean and comfortable nice and quite to say it was on the sea front.Breakfast was loverly plenty of choice and the english breakfast was one of the best.Overall we cant wait to return and recommend this hot... vad folk säger » el to anyone young,old and familys it was for everyone. - We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The room was very comfortable-and with space to walk round the bed! The breakfast was absolutely superb-well done Alison. Mine host is very welcoming, very polite & most hospitable-nice to meet you Roger. Car parking is excellent and I would recommend Southwold to anyone looking for decent, pricewise B&B in Skegness. - Owners very friendly and obliging. Was hugely impressed with the excellent directions I was given after, typically, getting lost on the sea front. Very comfortable bed and I liked the entry pad on the front door, although it might be a good idea to replace the panel as the numbers are starting to fade!
