This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and on both occasions it has been fantastic. The suite was immaculately clean and the standard was excellent. This hotel provides such good value for money and upgrading to a suite was well worth it as the extra space and fantastic bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable than the previous visit

Shame our stay was for just 1 night. The elderly disabled parents we were travelling with are looking to rebook for a longer stay.

Having decided to visit Skegness for the weekend we found Belle View on letsbookhotel.com and having read the reviews decided this was the one for us. Certainly we were not disappointed as from arrival to departure our stay was wonderful in this very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The position of the hotel was excellent as it was within easy walking distance of beach, town shops, cafes & restaurants etc., so no need to take the car if you didn't want to.

The staff could not do enough for us and made us most welcome and comfortable. My partner is an invalid but there was no problems as there was a stair lift to our bedroom.The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel. Pat & Adrian are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their customers. We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check

The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. It was home from home,added bonus i did not have to spend time in the kitchen.Lovely owners nothing was to much trouble for them,they went out of their way to please.My two teenagers are the first to moan if things are not clean,but they could not find anything wrong with this guest house,the only complaint they had was not being able to stay longer !

Quiet location, a minute walk to the sand dunes away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to have a short stroll in along the beach or via the road.
Parking on road which was easy as it is on a no through road, so no traffic noise at all.
