Centralt läge, familj hotell typ pensionat. - I particularly liked the sea view room we had, it certainly lived up to expectations. Elaine and Tony, the owners, were a very friendly couple, they took their business seriously, but in a fun way. Both were also very relaxed and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was value for money, its exactly what you pay for. It does need a little up-dating but it is an old victorian building.Our superior villa had a modern kitchen, massive bed and was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent to spa with its newly opened restaurant. Funicular near to apartment made it easy access if preferred to walking down the cliff. 10 mins walk to town centre and harbour or 2 mins local shops in nearby street. John was friendly and helpful when we wanted to swap rooms. Room 33 was lovely with its shower. Room 30 has lovely sea views but no shower.

The Proprietors Robert & Jo. The fact they don't want anyone to be disappointed & supplied a particular cereal just for me even though I only asked if they stocked them. Remembering where we'd been and asking how our trips went each day. Friendliness, making us all feel at home and always pleasant with guests.
Also ideal location for town and nearby shops as well as the cliffs and Spa.
