Obliging, friendly staff. My lovely quiet little room at the top of the stairs. The location: walking distance to castle, beach, shops, railway station, Peasholm Park just across the road, and yet away from traffic noise. -

the staff were very welcoming and accommodating for myself and my boyfriend. We are a young couple and simply had a short weekend break. It was perfect for location and a short walk to everything. I was originally put off by reviews I had read on the Delmont, but please don't let it put you off. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back. Breakfast was great and prompt service :)

Elaine and Tony, the owners, were a very friendly couple, they took their business seriously, but in a fun way. Both were also very relaxed and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. From the lovely warm welcome and delicious homemade scone to the lovely clean and nicely decorated room and extremely comfy bed. We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from the hosts John and Gillian, we
were shown to room 2 on the 1st floor and we were not disappointed, the
room was tastefully decorated,spotless and the bed was lovely and comfy.
The breakfast was very nice with a vast choice of fresh fruits and
cereals followed by a delicious cooked breakfast served by john, the
friendliest host we have ever met. We are already planning to return in
a few weeks as it was such a nice place to stay. Thank you mark and sue.
