  The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as was our server at dinner that evening. The bar staff were very friendly too and I liked the fact that you were offered nibbles with your drinks. - The hotel rooms are excellent, and is ideal for traveling to the lochs, the hotel being in hospital grounds, in no way affected our stay.   Ja mycket bättre hotell kan man knappast få, perfekt att anlända till Skottland och få till en natt nära Prestwick innan man börjar sitt Skottlandsäventyr. Vill man bo med klass och ändå billigt så är detta rätt hotell. - Mycket trevlig and hjälpsam personal

  The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service. The staff where very helpful and friendly at the hotel and the spa. - I got engaged there so it coudnt have been bad and the expresion on her face when entering the room ... vad folk säger » was priceless. There was more pictures taken of the room than anywhere else.
