From the moment that we made the booking at the Aspen Lodge we were made to feel worth while customers.Audrey made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.The room was outstanding and lacked nothing.No problem sleeping in the large bed.The en-suite was finished to a very high standard.

Prestwick is a lively town - unexpectedly. Plenty of things going on, plenty of choices for eating. This property was just what we needed, central to all the outlying places we wanted to visit without being in a city centre. David and Linda were excellent hosts and made sure everything we needed was provided.
The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was buffet style with a cooked breakfast also on offer and would suit everybody.
The Fernbank could not be better located,on the main street at the centre of everything.

This feels very much like a hotel from the right decade. It's very
modern, lots of design thoughts, rooms are small (container-sized, not a
coincidence) but they feel a lot bigger than they are due to the very
good design.
Rooms have music, mood lightning, lightning, blinds controlled by a remote. This is great fun for us that like new technology.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out procedures are innvoative, yet very easy, the hotel itself is a design-masterpiece, the same goes to the rooms. Even though the room was small and missed some features you'd expect from a hotel room (such as a closet, trash-bin, hangers), it still impressed with king-size bed, rain shower, colored lights, all-in-one remote control, quietness, city view, free movie-package, free wifi and mostly with the feeling that you are personal

Liked everything about this place. It was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent - this was the only b&b that did not have separate breakfast tables and it was great because it was a good opportunity to interact with other guests. Kirsty was an excellent host.

Comfortable room, with plenty of room to move around. Well furnished andnice decor. Well designed in terms of environmental concerns, the littleblue light in the bathroom was a great idea as I like to leave a lighton when staying in a "strange" room in case I need to get up in thenight. Excellent breakfast, very good place for an overnight stay. -

Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep, no noise at all and I could see the motorway but didn't hear the traffic, not that there's a lot overnight anyway.

Almost on a par with a Premier Inn.
Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent location next motorway (Loch Lomond 30 mins. away)and Braehead shopping & Entertainment facilities. Will return later this year.

as we didnt arrive till later on on the saturday nite we liked that we didnt have to check out till 12 pm instead of 11 am. We will most definately be visiting again soon. - buffet breakfast was really good and hotel handy for motorway. friendly staff who could speak and understand english unlike a lot of hotels in the UK

Jag tyckte hotellet var trevligt och personalen väldigt tjänstvillig. I synnerhet blev jag och mina kollegor imponerade av att vi fick frukost så tidigt som kvart i fem på morgonen! Läget kunde inte ha varit bättre för vår del. Priset var förvånansvärt billigt. - Bra läge. Gott bemötande. Funktionella,trevliga rum.
