The range and quality of the facilities were fantastic, the staff could not have been nicer, the whole place was immaculate and the atmosphere around the whole resort was lovely and relaxing. The location was perfect, all the staff were so friendly,polite and helpful., very well run. I was treated to this break by my friend as a pick me up after ill health last year, the facial on our last day was amazing. Thank you to all the staff at the Spa. We hope to return soon

Largs. We were a family party of 13 and each and every one of us had a

then a swim in the Spa - and Dinner in the Evening - just perfect.

A real find. Wonderful; building sympathetically restored. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly proud of their surroundings. Our room (no. 2) was lovely, contemporary furnishings complimenting the period features very well indeed. Bathroom a little small, but, given the building's constraints, this was entirely understandable.

The hotel was set in a beautiful countryside location. We went for a wedding and the room we had overlooked the Loch and the hills in the background covered in snow was stunning. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and couldnt do enough for us. -
