Tudor house is a refurbished railway station and is beatifully placed away from the hustle and bustle in the countryside. we were welcomed like old friends and shown to our beautifully furnished room complete with chandelier! The breakfast was gorgeous, fresh farm eggs and anything that you could have wished for including fresh figs. The honesty bar is a good idea and the lounge perfect for sitting in at the end of the day to relax.

The Welford is a small hotel that feels a bit like a B&B. The owner is very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We had a room on the street side of the first floor, with a very good bed. Parking opposite was free with a 24-hour license. Breakfast was complete and good. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes from the city center.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. -
The room was lovely, as was the whole of Stow. Beautiful view of the hills and the Falls are just a short walk away.
Although they don't serve food in the evening, they kindly recommended a couple of places to eat and booked us a table at our chosen one - The George & Dragon, which was wonderful! The venue, food and staff there were great too. We'll be back to both, again.
