  The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel. Location was ideal for a short break.

  The rooms were airy and spacious. The decor was finished to a high standard in the rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough to help. - Welcoming and friendly staff. Helpful about where to eat. Very clean and comfortable.

  The room was very clean and tidy, felt like you were at home! excellent value for money. the main town was just on your doorstep. have booked up for later in the year, i would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Very friendly, helpful and warm people!   The 2 guys who run this place are very friendly ,the pub has a good selection of real ales, the food is excellent .The breakfast is the best imaginable. All told a really good place to stay . - Made most welcome. Very attentive service - nothing too much trouble.goode value for money, restaurant very good indeed
