  The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   The rooms were airy and spacious. The decor was finished to a high standard in the rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough to help. - Welcoming and friendly staff. Helpful about where to eat. Very clean and comfortable.

  The 2 guys who run this place are very friendly ,the pub has a good selection of real ales, the food is excellent .The breakfast is the best imaginable. All told a really good place to stay . - Made most welcome. Very attentive service - nothing too much trouble.goode value for money, restaurant very good indeed
