A very warm , family feel , excellent food , clean , and tidy rooms. A friendly welcome. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Lovely food. A very plesant stay and the staff very very welcoming. Friendly atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff with a great atmosphere. The price of the room was very good and was well located for our trips out.Lovely stay and very friendly owners. Not too noisy either, for a pub. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also no noise from the pub itself in the upstairs rooms which made it even more comfortable for sleeping.Friendliness of staff and good atmosphere of hotel. Friendly staff. Quality of food, value for money. Staff service and welcome, food was excellent.Good location. location to the eden project, friendly and helpfull staff. I managed to sleep for 12 hours! :-). The quality of the cooked breakfast and the quality, choice and price of the evening meals.Breakfast and comfortable room. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was fairly pricedand plentiful. Eden Project and the beach. Friendlyness of staff. St Austell. Not a lot really, very disappointing. Our room was also part of the fire exit. It meant that the door could be opened from the outside. However, the set-up of the hotel meant that I felt minimal risk for my property, and, a safe was provided. Noise of traffic outside of window. No ensuite. The room could have been cleaner, carpet needed hoovering.Noise from the traffic in the morning. Shower in the room. room not cleaned at start of stay, shower filthy, they were redecorating the accomadations and trying to improve the standards, I think they will get there.noise-road/disco. Unclean room - carpet dirty with half used toiletries. Also the room Ibooked was a fire escape route so I could not lock my bedroom throughthe day!! Is this legal?????????? No other rooms were available so Icould not swap but I would not recommend this room to anyone!! I thinkthis should have been mentioned on the booking. One of the ownersattitude could have been more 'friendly' too!!. Overall cleanliness of bedroom and toilet facilities left a lot to be desired. The toilet, which was serving six rooms, wasn't cleaned at all during our stay.
