  The Cambrian is right in the middle of Llangollen...a 2 min walk from the main street. It has its own secure car park. The owner was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. OK the decor is a bid dated but NOT tatty/grubby, it's no boutique hotel but that was of no concern to me! The whole place is very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was lovely and everything you coul possibly want if available There is no doubt that the building needs some attention, but for the cost an location it's well worth a stay.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.   The staff were particularly friendly and there was a great atmosphere. Open log fire, very welcoming when first arrived. Looked after Mrs Folks very well when I had to go to meeting. - Good food friendly staff

  Friendly staff and really enjoyed the quirky period features of the hotel. I just wish I'd eaten there as popped across the road before reading about their wonderful chef! I can't add much more as up at 4:00am the next day to ride a sportive so literally used the place as a bed for the night.   Was there for just 3 days but felt like the staff treated us very welland became part of the family. - the staff were really friendly and very helpful. they made my children and i feel very welcome.

  Stayed as a last minute destination as we moved through Wales. The outside compared to others in the area can be deceiving but don't let it trick you. Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

  Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme. The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made the room all the more comfortable. The Breakfast staff were incredibly good, friendly and polite. An amazing breakfast.
