  We enjoyed our stay it was very good value for money,our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions. - I chose the hotel as it was close to my business destination. It was a comfortable environment for a lone traveller to have a meal and relax or catch up with business.

  Very good value for money. Lovely flowers and chocs in room on arrival, food was excellent (our compliments to the chef and staff) and a lovely location.   i had made a mistake on booking our rooms and left our young daughter off the booking i only realised the day before arrival, the staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to accomadate us, nothing was to much trouble, just wanted to also add the we were very impressed with the evening meal and huge breakfast!!!!!!! - amazing breakfast thank you

  My partner and I have stayed at the Cae Mor twice. We like it so much that we are spending Valentines weekend there. The rooms that we have stayed in have been superb!! The decor is opulent yet understated and rooms are incredibly spaceous. The Management and the staff of the Cae Mor couldn't be any more friendly and helpful.   Very nice family hotel. We felt worm and cozy. The family room, that we ordered was comfortable. At the morning we have got exellent breakfast. I would like to mention especialiy the worm service, we received in hotel. - Great location. Unique family run hotel with warm welcome and good service.   I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... vad folk säger » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  I asked for a ground floor room when I booked. However, Jan contacted me almost straight away to say that there was no ground floor rooms and no lift, so my wife would have to go up a staircase. I thought it was a very nice thing to do (pre-warned etc). Hotel car park was full, but there was ample street parking. We were warmly greeted by Jan and ... vad folk säger » her husband (Mick?) and shown to our room. The room was perfectly adequate with freeview tv, free wi-fi and plenty of tea/coffee/sugar/milk. The prom - We loved everything about the hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful and it was the most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was clean, comfy and spacious enough for our dog. Although the hotel was full, there was no noise, in fact we thought it was quite empty. the car park is small but there is plenty of parking on the road next to the hotel. We will definitely return.

  The people were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.. The food was excellent on the bed breakfast and evening meal tariff. We hopefully will return and would recommend the hotel to others. - The friendly staff and the good food

  The cottage was stunning, views were amazing, very close to Llangollen, clean, well equipped and great value for money. Me and the Mrs went to watch the downhill race, was perfect for it. - The views were fantastic, cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close enough to the village but far enough away, and fantastic surroundings!

  A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way.
