  We liked the friendly staff,the beautiful restaurant, the tasteful Victorian decor and the position right on the seafront and proximity to shops.We liked the delicious food,the chef is first class.It was 'Alice Day' whilst we were there.The hotel staged 'The Mad Hatter's Tea Party' as a publicity photo shoot.We were fortunate enough to see this.It... vad folk säger » was really charming with Lewis Carroll's characters in this authentic setting, the actual place where the original Alice Liddell had actually stayed - The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too. A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

Снизу двухсотлетняя школа Ховвелс и прогуливаю - We loved staying at Castle Hill. The owners are lovely people and the cottage we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet. The main house is gorgeous, the views beautiful and the historical remains of Denbigh castle and Robert Dudley's cathedral fascinating.

  The hospitality was excellent, we were made most welcome. The upgrade to a better room was free as the room was available, the room being very comfortable and fantastic throughout. The award winning meals and service was first class. The location was superb, we had a nice walk through woods to a reservoir which was the 'iceing on the cake' to a fan... vad folk säger » tastic weekend. We look forward to a return visit. - We enjoyed the peaceful suroundings of Hafod Elwy Hall, Roger and Wendyare excellent hosts. A wonderful place to stay away from our normalhectic city life. We will be returning.
