  The welcome at reception unlike some four star hotels I have stayed in! This is nice to find when you are a mature lady travelling on your own to be made to feel welcome from the start. Also the fact that they did not realize I would be on my own and offered to change my ground floor room to an upstairs one if I wished to do so. - The staff were ... vad folk säger » very welcoming, and most kindly granted our request for a larger bed! The room was excellent and the bathroom facilities were immaculate. The breakfast was also of the same high standard. We will certainly stay at Christchurch East again.
