The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. The price and location. We only needed a bed for one night as we were at the George Formby Convention at the Imperial hotel which was 5mins walk away. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. Full English breakfast in the morning for a fiver was excellent! -

The friendliness of all of the staff. How apologetic the staff were regarding the lack of parking spaces (see What didn't you like?) Very easy check in and check out procedure. Loved everything about this place! 10 of us stayed for a 50th birthday and we couldn't have been made more welcome. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the bar was great fun with the karaoke and pool table and the location is ideal. Tony and Shell are the perfect hosts, we wouldn't stay anywhere else now :) -

we were met at the door by vernon the owner what a very nice man so pleasant the rooms were good beds were very comfy nice little bar and the lounge has a great view overlooking the sea. Though my stay was all too brief, I found the staff extremely helpful and easy to approach. The overall condition of the Hotel was clean and very comfortable with multiple option choices of different relaxation zones. Only wish I had been staying longer to take in the full facilities and entertainment obviously on offer. The tram stop is approx 150 mters from front door, so leaving car and hopping on a tram is a great option of seeing Blackpool, Fleetwood and Cleveleys. Breakfast was good with
