  Great Place To Stay. Went on spec checked other guest houses but nowhere near as clean and modern like Number 42. Ann the owner and her lovely mother made our stay great. The breakfast was very good. Would recommend not to try anywhere else just go to Number 42 you will be well looked after. Many thanks. - On arrival greeted by Ann the owner with tea and home made cake. Made to feel at home, room first class everything you could need. Breakfast was to die for, great variety buffet and full English, Ann was a great host as was Mum would stay again. Would recommend to anyone wanting to vist Blackpool. Thank you

  Its a small family run place. They are all really friendly and very ready to cater to needs. Very knowledgeable on the area. We told them that we were going to be there later than the check in time and the owner waited up for us which was very good service.   Alan and Sylvia were wonderful from the moment we arrived to when we left. Reserved us a parking space, the room was ready with no hassle, they even let us borrow an umbrella because the weather was so bad! The breakfast was fantastic too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone - The staff are very friendly and helpful.   Simon and Rhona made us very welcome. A great couple making a real effort with the Guilderoy - our stay was excellent . A very nicely decorated place, located in a quiet area but convenient for the centre. Excellent food (I need to diet now!). Their web site is very honest, and states what they offer - do take a look.   owners very cheerfull and helpfull , hotel spotlessly clean which was a bonus ! stayed in many hotels in blackpool n this was the cleanest ! breakfast was excellant . i was in a double room which was quite small i must say but it done the job fine ! my son and daughter n law were in the family room with the 2 kids it was really spacious ... vad folk säger » they were really pleased with it . parking not a problem either right outside the door !! would definitly return - The Kings Court was the best B&B experience we have ever had at Blackpool, or anywhere else. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the whole visit a pleasure. The room was well equipped, immaculate and clean, and the en suite modern, a great night's sleep with respectful residents, and a fantastic breakfast. All in all it is unbeatable value and would recommend to anyone, and we will be going there again
