  The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. The hotel was fresh and smelt lovely throughout. The breakfast was lovely and a good size and again the dining area could not be faulted.   We stayed at the Pembroke for 2 nights Friday until Sunday. We were warmly greeted by Alan who showed us to our room and explained how the shower etc worked. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We were given a family room but there were only 2 of of us so plenty of room.The location was great just across the road from the pub.   The staff were a friendly couple of men but lacked a little on personal appearance, they refuse stag/hen parties so you can be sure of a safe family b&b. the location is within 1 min of funny girls, 4 min to see front, 10 min to tower. They went all out to make us feel welcome n put a mini disco on for the 5 people in that night. Very pleasant... vad folk säger » worth the price but don't pay cheapest price and expect the ritz as rooms are basic but clean! - Everything, gorgeous breakfast with flexible timing and the largest spread I've seen.
