  Mycket trevlig personal! Vi hade med ett litet barn, och man var mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsam för att göra det så bra som möjligt för oss/barnet. Fin service, väldigt trevligt rum (vi fick ett på källarplan för att få extra plats för barnsängen). - Centralt beläget med busstation runt hörnet.10- 15 minuters promenad till centrum.   The owners are totally committed to providing a quality experience to their guests. It seems a range of languages are spoken and there were many Continental European guests though all are welcome. The location is excellent with very regular buses taking you to the city centre and sights. The great Scottish breakfast with a wide choice sets you ... vad folk säger » up for the day! - Nice room, very comfortable single bed (maybe a bit small, my mum fell when she was rolling over) and very quiet. Good breakfast with self serving coffe/tea, juice, cereal and yogurt. I had scrable eggs on toast, but you can get a full Scottish breakfast. Staff very friendly. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them. Definitely I'll came again.

  thought it was well worth the money and would definately use again - clean, nice friendly lady (only saw this one member of staff) but she was v helpful. room very clean and bed was comfortably but its a bit dated. The ensuite was tiny, The breakfast was very basic and cheap food, e.g wrapped cheese slices, white bread, cheap yoghurts,,,nice coffee... vad folk säger » though.

  Room was well thought out and warm, the bed was comfortable, the tv was on the table, so easy to watch and no neck strain, where the tv is wall mounted. Is not far from city centre and plenty of buses and shops.   Overall quality of the place was really high including most comfortable bed I have ever slept, so clean and big room).. John was at there when we need and he is very helpful, friendly and kind. After staying one day you feel like you are at home more than a hotel. Location is 15-20 mins to the center and 5 mins by bus which is really good. I will - Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality.   Our hosts were very courteous and friendly. The room was immaculate and in a very good location. - Room had all the conveniences to make it feel comfortable, breakfast was plentifull and tasty.
