Good breakfast with self serving coffe/tea, juice, cereal and yogurt. I had scrable eggs on toast, but you can get a full Scottish breakfast. Staff very friendly. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them. Definitely I'll came again.

There were nearby bus stops but I had preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality.   Our hosts were very courteous and friendly. The room was immaculate and in a very good location. - Room had all the conveniences to make it feel comfortable, breakfast was plentifull and tasty.
