  The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was so lovely and comfortable that we did not really want to leave the hotel for the concert / meeting friends that was the reason for the visit. We will stay at Hotel du V... vad folk säger » in again I am sure. - Relaxing atmosphere, first class service and an excellent dinner. Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

  we enjoyed everything, the room was nice and warm, the food was superb and the pool was great. the meal was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. - Friendliness of staff, ambience of the hotel, accessibility from themotorway, parking, facilities+++

  Room was clean with comfortable bed, practical shower and washbasin. Toilet in separate cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful and public areas were clean and practical. I had read some unfavourable reviews after booking, but in my experience the hotel provided excellent value for money. We were in Glasgow to see Bruce Springsteen at Hampden Par... vad folk säger » k and stayed 2 nights. It was an inexpensive taxi ride to Hampden from the hotel. Also, a variety of eating places in the complex offering burgers, Me - I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs. The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave. As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay. Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine. Parking is free and not a problem at all as there a
