  The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was so lovely and comfortable that we did not really want to leave the hotel for the concert / meeting friends that was the reason for the visit. Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

  Room was clean with comfortable bed, practical shower and washbasin. Toilet in separate cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful and public areas were clean and practical. I had read some unfavourable reviews after booking, but in my experience the hotel provided excellent value for money. Also, a variety of eating places in the complex offering burgers, Me - I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs. The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave. As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay. Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.   Bra frukost, mycket handdukar. - Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rent och städat. Frukosten var också mycket bra där vi möttes av leende personal varje morgon. Lugnt område, 20-25 min frisk promenad till centrum. Mycket trevlig restaurang i källarplan ca 100 m till vänster när man går ut från hotellet.

  We spent only one night in this hotel but I would definetely recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow. We had a small room with shared bathroom. Both room and the bathroom were very clean. For this price it was a good deal.   As soon as we drew up at the front door we knew we had chosen wisely. The warm welcome from Gordon, the location - close to the university made the Georgian House a perfect place to stay. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The bathroom was spotless and the king sized bed was very comfortable for both of us. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities.
