we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. Reception staff were very welcoming, thrilled at Hotel having a minibus service to the concert we were attending, room was very comfortable and clean, slept very well and I don't usually on a first night. I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

Bra frukost, mycket handdukar. - Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rent och städat. Frukosten var också mycket bra där vi möttes av leende personal varje morgon. Lugnt område, 20-25 min frisk promenad till centrum. Mycket trevlig restaurang i källarplan ca 100 m till vänster när man går ut från hotellet.
