  It was one of the best Best Western Hotels that we have stayed in, lovely building and very clean and in good decor and the staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, would definitely book this hotel again - The staff were very accommodating, they arranged for an early book in and when I requested room service ... vad folk säger » they were happy to accommodate my request even though it was not a specific menu item.

  Well presented and maintained hotel, includes great breakfast. Close to boutique shops and train station within 15min walk. One of the best hotels we visited on our 3 week UK tour. Also after 30 years since my last visit has striven to get better and better- also bonus is great Youngs beer only a flight of stairs below! - It's evident that a lot ... vad folk säger » of money has been spent updating the Bull's Head, and the bedroom was very pleasant. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to control. There's a good ambience around the place, and it was a pleasure to have a meal in the bar. The next day breakfast was good with excellent coffee.

The train station is literally over the road and it takes 25mins to london waterloo east station. Clean comfortable room and good continental breakfast.   My room despite having a average floor plan had an incredible feeling of space due to the high ceilings and huge sash window overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The fire alarm went off at around 05:15, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the thorough checks they carried to the building before confirming it was a false alar... vad folk säger » m and allowing us back to our rooms at around 05:30. - The staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Paul. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and shall be back. The room was smal but did us well. We shall look at booking one of the newly refurbished ones next time.

  Really friendly staff, very welcoming. Complements to the chef, great evening meals. Ideal location to get to London, 20 mins on train. - clean, very friendly staff, indor architecture made me feel in a medieval atmosphere. Excelent food and service. I will definitively go back
