The Bulls Head Hotel - Bilder
Vad folk säger
Well presented and maintained hotel, includes great breakfast. Close to boutique shops and train station within 15min walk. One of the best hotels we visited on our 3 week UK tour. Also after 30 years since my last visit has striven to get better and better- also bonus is great Youngs beer only a flight of stairs below!.
It's evident that a lot of money has been spent updating the Bull's Head, and the bedroom was very pleasant. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to control. There's a good ambience around the place, and it was a pleasure to have a meal in the bar. The next day breakfast was good with excellent coffee.alla recensioner »
It was a great place to stay and will return next time we visit relatives in London. The room, staff and food were great.
We were really sirprised how lovely and quiet the room was even though on a main road and over the bar, could not hear a thing.
Room was smart with good facilities. Small room but that is to be expected at a Pub/Inn. We did not get a chance to try the restaurant as we were going to a function elsewhere, but looked welcoming. Nice small town though our visit was brief.
Our choice was made on the basis of other reviews and we were not disappointed! Compact but very comfortable room with everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast to kick-start the day. Highly recommended.
Pretty well everything: spotlessly clean, well furnished, huge shower cubicle. The oak-panelled and discreetly-lit lounge bar is a delight. Staff very friendly. Clearly it's a place that the owners love and cherish. Highly recommended!.
we stayed at the bulls head pub/hotel on Sat 2nd March and found it very busy but with a nice atmosphere, good bar staff, the room was very clean and comfortable, big bed and big shower,
in all it was excellent.
Location was ideal for our purposes. The rooms were very smart and well prepared. Although facing on to a busy road and staying on a busy Friday evening we heard very little noise from below and slept soundly.
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast in the morning was excellent and was not restricted to the usual English Breakfast . The room however was on the small side and the beds a bit old.
Staff very helpful and friendly, Good breakfast to start your day , location , bar and food , good meeting place. Very good place to stay with easy transport to get in and out of London city.
Very friendly helpful and supportive staff as we were in the area for a close family member's communion. The meal we enjoyed on 21/11 evening was great and the service we were given excellent.
rooms have loads of sockets to power work items, best ive seen in years, food in lounge has a wide variety and well priced, portions are ok too. real ales sold and good range of wines too.
U thought that the standards and service were the very best. I have stayed in lots of Hotels.
The room was a bit small but had everything i could have wanted.
I would stay again anytime.
The location is really good and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The pub itself has a really good atmosphere and very nice food - good for families and for watching sports etc.

Particularly pleased that as there was a private function going on we didn't hear a thing.
We were visiting family who lived locally. The Bulls Head was an ideal place for us to stay. The staff were very friendly, the food was presented well and was delicious.
Room 4 was amazing after staying here a few times now this was the icing on the cake. Food and staff also very good and will be booking again when in the area in 2014.
Nice atmosphere and busy bar area - but still easy to hear (we had a short evening business meeting!). Great breakfast and comfy room with all required facilities.
Great value. Excellent attention to little details - which makes all the difference, e.g. toiletries, cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff, quality of food.
The place was comfortable greindly and cpnvenient. Reception staff very
efficient and the bar staff friendly and quick. Local restaurants are
very good.
location is good for my business into London, Staff are excellent, Rebecca is so helpful, food is very nice wide choice and good local real ales on tap.
it was newly decorated .the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good and the hotel well situated.also reasonably priced for the london area.
With large, modern, well furnished room with all the facilities needed to support the business traveller, this hotel exceeded expectations.

Clean room with nice decor. Very polite, professional staff.
Staff were very friendly and the food was very good.
Food Excellent
Staff were superb
Room Excellent.
cosy eating area in the pub and the good food.
Tastefully decorated room. Friendly check in.
Tea cups in hotel room not washed thoroughly, casual staff on weekend breakfast appeared inexperienced. Hey I'm nit picking thou as this is definatly a great place to stay.
Very little to dislike. The hair dryer in my room was in a drawer with a flex so short it was unusable; but that's an easy problem to sort out. Sometimes you have to wait a while for someone to come to the reception desk, but that's a minor inconvenience.
Not really complaining but the common parts (stairway and bar loos) are a little 'tired'. The stairs had a rubber gripper which kept coming lose and was not very safe.
We did have to park overnight on the road due to large function one night.
Nothing.
There was nothing we did'nt like about this place.
One other customer in the restaurant had clearly drunk too much and spoiled the atmosphere. My son reckoned the mashed potato in his sausage and mash taseted like school-dinners - not a compliment. However our food was excellent.
The cost was fairly high considering the room size and the location of the hotel.
price for a single traveler.
staff, smile please,.
Nothing much really but there was one member of staff that really let the team down. Very rude, and with no reason at all.
The trip through the Blackwall Tunnel to get there: but that really isn't there fault.
Parking abit hit and miss.
nothing.
nothing.
The breakfast service was very poor. The girl had no idea about taking
orders. We waited more than 10 minutes to order our food and the only
other customer had their breakfast......and another 10-15 minutes for
food on the table. Chef was not cooking any body elses food.
a wardrobe who's doors banged when walking in the room.the car park although quite large when the patrons of the pub parked made it awkward to get out.
I found noyhing to complain about.
All good.
Nothing.

Nothing.
The room was a little too small for ease of movement and organisation of business work in the evening.
Liked the bar menu (not pretentious), but the food served was nothing special - kind of what you'd expect from a large chain.
45mins wait for food in the pub.
Not necessarily easy to find a parking space by mid-evening as the hotel bars are very popular.
Breakfast served only until 9am - did not make for a leisurely morning.
No complaints at all.
Nothing that really comes to mind.
Nothing.
No negatives.
Nothing we didn't like.
