  It was one of the best Best Western Hotels that we have stayed in, lovely building and very clean and in good decor and the staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, would definitely book this hotel again - The staff were very accommodating, they arranged for an early book in and when I requested room service ... hva folk sier » they were happy to accommodate my request even though it was not a specific menu item.

  Well presented and maintained hotel, includes great breakfast. Close to boutique shops and train station within 15min walk. One of the best hotels we visited on our 3 week UK tour. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to control. There's a good ambience around the place, and it was a pleasure to have a meal in the bar.   My room despite having a average floor plan had an incredible feeling of space due to the high ceilings and huge sash window overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The fire alarm went off at around 05:15, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the thorough checks they carried to the building before confirming it was a false alar... hva folk sier » m and allowing us back to our rooms at around 05:30. - The staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Paul. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and shall be back. The room was smal but did us well. We shall look at booking one of the newly refurbished ones next time.
