  every member of staff delivered first class customer service and could not have been more helpful.   We had a lovely stay, informed the reception that a couple of lightbulbs had blown in the room on our way out on the first morning, by the time we returned at lunchtime they had been replaced already! - The hotel in general was excellent in every aspect and the staff were polite and attentive to every need.
