  every member of staff delivered first class customer service and could not have been more helpful.   We had a lovely stay, informed the reception that a couple of lightbulbs had blown in the room on our way out on the first morning, by the time we returned at lunchtime they had been replaced already! - The hotel in general was excellent in every aspect and the staff were polite and attentive to every need.   the swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent the entertainment at night was first class especially as I had children with me who were entertained as well - This hotel was always great growing up. Best thing about going to blackpool was staying here.
