We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. -

Friendly helpful staff. Great room with a fantastic view overlooking the sea front. Well heated room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. It was turkey and tinsel week (we were unaware when we booked). Comfort was excellent, food was brilliant, table served and a different menu every day with a choice of 5 starters, main courses and deserts. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

Simon and Rhona made us very welcome. A great couple making a real effort with the Guilderoy - our stay was excellent . A very nicely decorated place, located in a quiet area but convenient for the centre. Excellent food (I need to diet now!). Their web site is very honest, and states what they offer - do take a look. They were always very helpful.

Though my stay was all too brief, I found the staff extremely helpful and easy to approach. The overall condition of the Hotel was clean and very comfortable with multiple option choices of different relaxation zones. Only wish I had been staying longer to take in the full facilities and entertainment obviously on offer. The tram stop is approx 150 mters from front door, so leaving car and hopping on a tram is a great option of seeing Blackpool, Fleetwood and Cleveleys. Breakfast was good with

Lovely hotel it's that lovely we have booked for 14th February for a long weekend.
There is plenty of rooms for where you can sit and enjoy a chat or where the entertainment is, or where the two bars are.
There is entertainment on each night.
There is a games room downstairs or a dip in the pool.
There is also a very good parking area.

Our sea view room was large clean and warm, with a comfy bed with 4
pillows, tea/coffee facility, freeview tv, and plenty of storage
space plus a bathroom with walkin shower with plenty of hot water. This
large clean hotel has plenty of lounge seating some overlooking the
seafront, and a cabaret room with nightly entertainment. The food is
excellent and service is quick and efficient. All staff were pleasant
