The hotel was clean and tidy and staff on arrival were friendly enough. The bar area was nice and relaxed with drinks being reasonably priced. Although some of the guests at 1am were rowdy even though we were still drinking in the lounge area it made it uncomfortable that they we're bring like this and not asked to be quieter especially when there were a few little children staying in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy and we had a sea view although that's not that important as we did not s.
alla recensioner » The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area. Situated in a great location with easy walking distance to Blackpool Tower. There is also a tram stop just across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast so you could pick and choose what to eat. theres nothing to dislike about this hotel. the staff are very friendly, the room i was in was very clean and very spacious, the breakfast is very good and a great bar/lounge area, in short i would definitely stay here again. The Hotel was excellent, very clean and comfortable and perfect location for everything. Staff were very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast was delicious! It was possibly an oversight due to a staff change over but spoilt an otherwise excellent weekend. Having to leave.... nothing to dislike the whole stay was perfect and cannot wait to go back very. My stay wasn't long enough. Nothing really to fault. Mattress a little lumpy but have slept on worse. On third floor, no water pressure when using shower. Can not think of anything. Evening Meal time a little early. very hot. windows did not open sufficiently. nothing. Staying only one day. nothing all great. the room could have been organised better. nothing. nothing. beds were uncomfortable.
