A really nice place, needs a bit of updating, but the owners have this
in hand and they have only been here for 8 months. Spotless clean, beds
comfortable, bar/lounge area really good and so child friendly,
sweets, xbox and ps3 as well as a pool table. Parking is free outside
on the street, can be busy at times, but this is blackpool!! Yes the
B&B has stairs, but I have legs, my house has stairs too! It still

Whole hotel was great, clean and tidy my room had a new bathroom fitted and i was very impressed. Beds were very conformable and room was furnished well. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners made me and my young daughter feel very much at home. I will definitely been returning.
We loved the room as it was very clean, stylish and the bed was so comfy! We only stayed for the one night but enjoyed it so much and will definitely staying there again in the future. The owner Paul and his staff are lovely and very friendly.
it was very freindley and the staff wear really great and we loved the atmosphier they very kid freindly and very helpfull with advise on things to do and see and how to get to places great place cant fault the place will be going back.
Really clean, friendly helpful staff, extra items in room provided eg, straighteners, face wipes, tissues. Big bowl of sweeties in bar ( nice touch!!) absolutely no complaints whatsoever . Would recommend it n go again : ).
A great place to stay particularly with young children, toddler tantrums did not bother the staff one bit! Room was very clean and comfortable, bar / lounge area was excellent and relaxing and breakfast was lovely!.
The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Even had takeaway menus with food ratings. Beer pricing is very reason le and the breakfast was mint and even included baby fromaige fraud and stuff.

Steep steps up to hotel.
The hotel is on a street of very run down B and B's (the Shores does look the best!) The decor is very tired and dated (but clean) and the cooked breakfast was stone cold! (Good variety for children though!).

The room we stayed was very small, but we got an offer so don't really mind.
We never saw any staff when we were coming and going, the young lady who took our order for breakfast got everything completely muddled and then forgot one of the breakfasts...we only asked for one item swap. No one there on the morning to give the key to so just left it on the bar. Would have been nice to have spoken to someone.
