  Excellent location, fantastic service, full English breakfast was awesome, rooms were clean and tidy and well laid out, staff were wonderful and so friendly. And no expensive at all - if we are ever back in Headingley, Leeds, this is definately where we will stay again! Kitchenette supplies - nice to have a mug! - though would have liked to have been able to make myself an early morning cup of tea to have in bed without having to get dressed and walk a bit of a distance down the corridor! Good-sized towels. The fact that there wasn't a television! Great choice of different fruits/fruit prep for breakfast. Easy parking.

  This was a really great place to stay during some unusually cold and snowy weather in Leeds. Clean, comfortable and warm, the hotel provided an excellent breakfast and has a cozy lounge to sip a drink in. - We Were made very welcome, it was nice and clean and the room had easy chairs to sit is which is not always available

  The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. The hotel itself looked like a converted house and the entrance and dining area were very homely looking. Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank

  Chose this hotel because of proximity to new Arena - it's just a few minutes walk away. It's more a city pub with rooms. Handy for shopping, theatres and eating out. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay for the Elton John concert. - Right by the Leeds arena, room was large and clean.
