Good-sized towels. The fact that there wasn't a television! Great choice of different fruits/fruit prep for breakfast. Easy parking.

  This was a really great place to stay during some unusually cold and snowy weather in Leeds. Clean, comfortable and warm, the hotel provided an excellent breakfast and has a cozy lounge to sip a drink in. - We Were made very welcome, it was nice and clean and the room had easy chairs to sit is which is not always available

Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank
