  Very new and comfort hotel. Everything is perfect and so are the staffs. the atmosphere of the roof canteen was fantastic. Just take the airport shuttle bus and get off at Efes, also very convenient to catch a bus to pamukkale! - Great location. Brand new hotel with nice modern decoration thoughout the hotel.   We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon), spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time.   This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. Like all hotels the mini bar and room service was alittle expensive but overall it was a great stay. I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and going out of their way to make my stay a very comfor - the location is marbelous! Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

  Amazing staff, they gave us many nice surprises during our stay, delivered more than was needed or expected. Location and the views were great (ocean view), great gym, delicious breakfast, small treats in the executive lounge and in the lobby, efficient bell boys and valet parking. (Executive club) In the 11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.   The room I stayed in had an amazing view of the bay, and the food (both room service and the restaurant) was fantastic - Great position on sea front. The sea view rooms are fantastic. Nice fish restaurants very near.

  The general manager was extremely helpful and gone out of his way to organize tours for us. His English is excellent. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. The metro station was a stone throw away which was very convenient and the bus station too. There are many eating places around the hotel. Their breakfast was very good. the saving can ... vad folk säger » be huge by taking the Metro train to and from the airport. We took a bus tour to alum skald and it was very convenient. Bus even had WIFI, TV and meal - İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.

  everything was excellent in this hotel. EVERYTHING! and I can not find any problem to mention. very very clean and comfortable, polite and helping staff and very good location.
