Very new and comfort hotel. Everything is perfect and so are the staffs. the atmosphere of the roof canteen was fantastic. Just take the airport shuttle bus and get off at Efes, also very convenient to catch a bus to pamukkale! -

We stayed here because of its proximity to the Izmir airport -- and it did turn out to be very easy to drive to the airport from here. I was a little concerned because the Lonely Planet guidebook had warned against this neighborhood, but it was totally fine (we walked around) and the hotel was perfect -- modern, minimalist, obviously meant for businesspeople, but very welcoming to my family. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. the location is marbelous!
Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Everything. I upgraded my room with some fair charge and in return had a
sea view room with some additional privileges. (Executive club) In the
11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus
some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room.
Location was perfect, also personnel was quite kind and helpful.

İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.
