  Very new and comfort hotel. Everything is perfect and so are the staffs. the atmosphere of the roof canteen was fantastic. Highly recommend. - We had booked a suite room because we have 2 small children, but it was unavailable. The staff was helpful in giving us two rooms next to each other for the same price. The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

  We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to the train station, and found that it exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly (even brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon), spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time.   This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. Like all hotels the mini bar and room service was alittle expensive but overall it was a great stay. Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Location and the views were great (ocean view), great gym, delicious breakfast, small treats in the executive lounge and in the lobby, efficient bell boys and valet parking.
