  A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants.   Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  The Staff are helpful and fast in assisting our request despite its main hotel Europe was shut down due to low season and only minimal staff were on duty during our staying period. What impressed me the most was where we paid chf20 daily for the dog and they actually prepared the separate clean towels set ,blanket and the - The staff at the Hotel Europe were very accommodating in trying to make up for the shortcomings of the Apartments. The room was ok - it was spacious, clean and relatively comfortable but I was on a working holiday and could not get the wifi to work the first night. They ended up moving us to the Hotel Europe for the second night. Also, you need to go to the Hotel first unless you call or email after booking and then they will tell you what room you are in and that the door is already open with
