Hotellets läge är mycket bra. Man bör dock ha rum på vån 2 och uppåt. Relax, spa avdelningen är av yttersta kvalite och design. Mycket hjälpsam personal och bra mat på restaurangen i anslutning. Это не первый наш визит в Церматт - но в этот раз мы остановились в сумасшедше хорошем, если не лучшем, отеле! Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д.

The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati

The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. -

I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages.
