  Very good hotel we couldnt believe it is just a 3 star. Our stay here was very good, rooms very nice, clean and modern, breakfast was good, we would definatly come back to this hotel. It is very nicely based not on the main village street just down from the church! - Everything. I have been staying at this hotel for 30 years, and it just gets better and better.

  Это не первый наш визит в Церматт - но в этот раз мы остановились в сумасшедше хорошем, если не лучшем, отеле! Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д. Отдельно... что говорят » хочу сказать о ресторане и "зоне здоровья". Из 7 дней нашего пребывания в The Omnia мы ужинали в ресторане отеля 4 раза (а поесть мы любим!). Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were really great! Could have spent a whole day there. Also, the complimentary afternoon tea-time snacks were so similar to St. Regis hotel in Singapore - free flow of juices and tasty exotic-looking cake. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

  We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.
