  A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants. Wellness centre amazing but didn't allow ourselves enough time to do this properly. Fantastic place highly recommended.

  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   zeer attent vriendelijk personeel. hoewel gedateerd hotel toch erg schoon - Ontvangst was vriendelijk, onze gereserveerde kamer was door de vorige gasten in een dermate vuile staat achtergelaten dat men ons er NIET in kon plaatsen !We kregen een kamer in de nok van het hotem maar.... met uitzicht op de Matterhorn ! ruim (was voor 4 personen )

  The Staff are helpful and fast in assisting our request despite its main hotel Europe was shut down due to low season and only minimal staff were on duty during our staying period. The one bedroom apartment we stayed was very cozy and comfortable in a very central location.The supermarket, cafe and restaurants are all within very short walking dis... wat mensen zeggen » tance. What impressed me the most was where we paid chf20 daily for the dog and they actually prepared the separate clean towels set ,blanket and the - The staff at the Hotel Europe were very accommodating in trying to make up for the shortcomings of the Apartments. The room was ok - it was spacious, clean and relatively comfortable but I was on a working holiday and could not get the wifi to work the first night. They ended up moving us to the Hotel Europe for the second night. Also, you need to go to the Hotel first unless you call or email after booking and then they will tell you what room you are in and that the door is already open with
