  It was a very pretty area, relaxing for a short stay. Mybstaybwas only 4 days l'm spent it visiting the cable car lifts, and the villages close by. The village is beautiful, clean and easybtonget around.   The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. For travellers without transportation it is a little inconvenient at certain times to get to the hotel, after certain hours in the evening... vad folk säger » s, in particular, public transport ceases operations via the bus route past the hotel from the main town of Interlaken but you do have an option to ca - I loved your hotel. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel.   This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel was small enough to ensure that every guest had a personalised experience but big enough to offer all the required facilities like a fabulous restaruant. The hosts Jacqui and Bernard and their staff went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted. The views from every room were amaz... vad folk säger » ing! We definitely want to return again. - Nearly everything! The owners welcomed us personally the first day there...and maintained their interest in our well-being throughout our 1-week stay. The location is outstanding for views of the Alps and being away from the crowds of Interlaken. The room was very large and very clean. We would stay here again without hesitation during any future visits to the area.

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone travelling to Switzerland looking for good accomodation, loca... vad folk säger » tion and staff life Michael not to miss this one. - The staff at the hotel are lovely and are helpful with directions and ideas of what to do in the area. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

  Very nice hotel, and a nice room. The food is delicious with local products, the staff very very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view on the lake.   great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

  Staff pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool enjoyed by the kids. Restaurant excellent. Ski school very good. - It was very convenient: in the centre of the village and very close to the ski bus bringing to the slopes.

  The family room was excellent, with a mezzanine level and a balcony with a panoramic view across to Gstaad. The staff were all very pleasant and very good with our children.
