  It was a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. Special mention has to be made about Daniel Koester, Owner and Manager who personally welcomed us. The hotel saw to it that we lacked for nothing. The hotel is sheer elegance, the interiors soothing and at the same time luxurious. The staff is very personal and attentive. The quality of the facilities is impeccable and the location was ideal for staying in the village, without being inside and hearing any noise.

  I have just come back from a 4 night stay at Beausite Park and can thoroughly recommend it. It was a relatively last minute decision to go skiing (booked through letsbookhotel.com) and I ended up going on my own. I was made to feel very welcome throughout - staff were friendly, helpful but not overly attentive. As a bonus, it's virtually sk - Faultless. Attentive staff and perfect service. The attention to detail and level of service never faltered when they were busy and when things got quiet mid week. We stayed in a peaceful room with a view to the rear wooded hillside and it was great. Clean and well serviced by discreet and polite staff. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night.   Actually not a complaint of the hotel but on arrival, reception did not have our "Confirmed" booking from letsbookhotel.com However, they soon found a room for us even though they were officially fully booked. - Though a little out of the village the leafy location and stunning view from the room made it worth the extra walk.   Service of all staff members was superb. Very relaxed, very friendly, and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, with special meals made for the kids.   The hotel is located on the main street of Wengen which is like the Hobbit Shire, but for humans. Oliver the manager and Bridgette the front end staff were so helpful. The hotel is very comfortable with a beautiful pool, great breakfast buffet and overall charm. The tour group ate all the food in the buffet within 15 minutes on - The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  The family room was excellent, with a mezzanine level and a balcony with a panoramic view across to Gstaad. The staff were all very pleasant and very good with our children.
