  It was a very pretty area, relaxing for a short stay. Mybstaybwas only 4 days l'm spent it visiting the cable car lifts, and the villages close by. The village is beautiful, clean and easybtonget around.   The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel.   This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel was small enough to ensure that every guest had a personalised experience but big enough to offer all the required facilities like a fabulous restaruant. The hosts Jacqui and Bernard and their staff went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted. The views from every room were amaz... hva folk sier » ing! We definitely want to return again. - Nearly everything! The owners welcomed us personally the first day there...and maintained their interest in our well-being throughout our 1-week stay. The location is outstanding for views of the Alps and being away from the crowds of Interlaken. The room was very large and very clean. We would stay here again without hesitation during any future visits to the area.

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

  Very nice hotel, and a nice room. The food is delicious with local products, the staff very very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view on the lake.   great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

  The family room was excellent, with a mezzanine level and a balcony with a panoramic view across to Gstaad. The staff were all very pleasant and very good with our children.
