  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... vad folk säger » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  we LOVED everything. The best hotel stay in Spain. and great location for a stay in Valencia even though out of town. Room spacey and comfortable. Great beds. Loved the balcony. Excellent 5 star service. The best best food - between us we tried most things on the menu and we would give each meal 10/10. Also priced well - EUR 18 a main dish. Lov - What is there not to like? Paradors provide the opportunity to really pamper yourself. We also enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant.

Beautiful views from the cafeteria, amazing selection of breakfast items.   The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious.   Excellent location in a quiet green area, great comfort of the rooms and beds, extremely attentive service by hotel personnel, delicious buffet breakfast served on a terrace overlooking the pool, beautiful pool in a relaxing tropical setting, nice sportsbar with large screen for sport events. We had a car and did lots of day trips to Guadalest, Javea and Moraira. Hotel was an excellent base. Staff really helpful and friendly.
