  Perfect location, city centre, but in a quiet street. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, dishes, cutlery,high speed wifi... Owners are extremely, extremely, helpful, kind, generous and polite. We can't thank them enough for their kindness, flexibility and all the great advice. It was not a problem for them, they helped us with the suitc - We spent 1 week in Valencia in this apartment. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect. Even there were umbrellas in case of rainy weather. Btw, we had 5 rainy days. The owner and his help are very kind people, always ready to help. The Central Market is 2 minutes walk. Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. The beach can be reached in 20-25 minutes by bus. It goes from the next street to the apartment every 10 minutes or even less.   We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless.   Location was excellent. Short distance to Arts and Science Museum etc and the Old Town. Loads of places to eat close by. Excellent value accommodation which was modern and clean.
