  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... vad folk säger » cious and clean. The hotel is located in the nicest part of Benidorm. Near the old town and Basque area and less than five minutes from the beach.

Our party of four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the company who took us to check in and then on to the apartments. I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. The hotel room is fully furnished with all facilities. It is clean, comfortable with the good view outside of the window. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.
