  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... vad folk säger » cious and clean. The hotel is located in the nicest part of Benidorm. Near the old town and Basque area and less than five minutes from the beach.

Moraira is beautiful, unspoilt by high rise & fast food joints but lots of good shops, bars & places to eat.   cleanliness / food very good - Convenient, central location close to shops and bars. But away from mainclubbing area so suitable for older couples rather than young groups.Excellent value for money weekent rate. Mostly Spanish guests. Howeverreception, restaurant manager etc. spoke very good English.
