  Hotel was nice and clean. It was very close to the beach. Tasty food.   Everything was magnificent. The hotel was modern, the staff were very approachable and spoke fluent english, the food and service was great, the gym and spa areas were also very enjoyable. - hotel very clean good food

  Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel.   This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

  Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. - Very help... vad folk säger » ful and friendly staff, very clean, very close to the beach, shop, bus stations, really nice dinner with choices of fish//chicken/turkey/salads/fruits, etc. Wifi in 2 floors, safe to rent if you need. It is great value for the cost.

Staff very corteous and nice. Big parking free right in front of the hotel!   Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.
